Three reappointed to public housing authority board

El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser has reappointed three commissioners to the board of HOME, the El Paso public housing authority that provides low-cost housing for 52,000 residents. The commissioners are: Eileen Karlsruher, chair; Anna Perez, vice-chair; and Yadira Beltran, resident commissioner. Karlsruher is the executive vice president of CSA Constructors and co-owner of CSA Design Group Inc. She has also served on the boards of the El Paso Civil Service Commission, El Paso YMCA and city of El Paso Parks and Recreation. Perez is an educational consultant and retired educator, and Beltran is a health information specialist at Del Sol Medical Center.
