Creative Kids held a night of “oLoteria,” or Bingo, earlier this month as part of an annual fundraiser.

The event at the oLo Gallery at 504 W. San Francisco on May 2 raised more than $44,000 for the nonprofit.

Creative Kids, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in October, provides art-related programs for pediatric oncology patients, disconnected youth in outlaying areas of the county, migrant students, low-income students and high school students considering careers in visual arts and digital media, among others.

Founded by Andrea and Stephen Ingle, Creative Kids received a President’s Commission on the Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award in 2013.
