This is an automobile accident that occurred on June 7, 2017, in El Paso County, Texas.  Barbara Hartshorn was the driver of a 2016 Ford Escape and was on N. Resler traveling westbound.  Mr. Christopher Ruffin was traveling eastbound on the left running lane and failed to yield the right of way and made a left turn on an unprotected green light colliding into her vehicle.  Upon information and belief Lisa Remington was the owner of the vehicle driven by Ruffin.  As per attached and as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s First Amended Petition, Amended Motion for Order Authorizing Service by Publication and Order Authorizing Citation by Publication on file in this suit.  The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.  Issued and given under my hand and the seal of said Court at offices in El Paso, Texas, on this the 4th day of March, 2019.
