Ellie Fenton, CPA, Controller | ||
Ellie Fenton is the controller for Investor Publications. Born and raised in Mexico City, she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University with a major in Marketing. She was the El Paso grants director for the Gannett Foundation from 1986 to 1991, when it became the Freedom Forum. She studied accounting as a graduate student at the University of Texas-El Paso, and passed the CPA exam in 1993. She is licensed in Texas as a CPA, and worked as a tax accountant at Deloitte & Touche in Zurich, Switzerland, for two years. She is bi-lingual and bi-cultural in Spanish and also speaks French and German. She is active in various civic and non-profit organizations and is an avid golfer and skier. return |
