Debra Fraire, Advertising Director | ||
Debra Fraire, a Chicago native, is a former circulation executive for the El Paso Times. She is one of the founders of El Paso Inc., and her first position was as circulation director. In 1996 she took over as advertising director. Her background in circulation has been a great asset to her work in advertising because she has a deep understanding and appreciation for El Paso’s unique demographics. She is well versed in the complex ways designed to reach our target readership. Debra holds a significant equity position in Investor Publications. She also is secretary for the corporation. Before coming to El Paso in 1987 Debra was an R&D engineering speciality at Litton Industries in Santa Clara, Calif. return |
