Chuco Relic – home of all things El Paso and Juárez – thrives on showcasing the border culture, owners Chelsie Evaldi and Carlos Rivas said. All of the shop’s products – T-shirts, mugs, key chains, art – are made by local artists. Evaldi, who spent 10 years away from “El Chuco,” said she fell more in love with El Paso during that time. “When I moved back, I wanted to promote El Chuco.” 601 N. Oregon; 4935 N.
