Tin Man is the place to go fill your growler with unique craft beer made across the borderland and the state. Aside from daily offers at any one of five locations citywide, Tin Man collaborates with breweries for special events four to six times a year: “We call it Kill the Tank,” when various sites compete to see which can empty a tank of a specific craft beer first, owner Kenji Shigematsu said.
