Rosco's Burger

For 64 years, Rosco’s Burger Inn has kept stomachs happy and full with its simple menu and philosophy: quality, consistency, community.

“It means something that our name is on that sign,” owner Jacob Carrasco says about the eatery opened by his grandfather, whose nickname was Rosco. “I’ve seen generations walk in as kids, grow up and bring their kids.”
